Moreover, blocking Cookies may not completely prevent the way we share information with third parties, such as our advertising partners.

In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal data to third parties for contract performance, legitimate purposes, and other reasons covered by this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:
- With vendors or other third parties that perform services on our behalf (for example, IT management, payment processing, data analysis, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment, and shipping).

With your consent, we share personal information as follows to carry out advertising and marketing activities.
Third-party websites and links.
Our Site may contain links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites that are not affiliated with or operated by us, it is important that you read their privacy and security policies and other terms. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information on those sites. Children’s information
The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, you may contact us using the contact information below to request that it be deleted.

Please be aware that no security measure is perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” In addition, information you send us may not be secure during transmission. We recommend that you do not use insecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.
How long we retain your personal data depends on various factors, such as whether we need the data to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or comply with other applicable contracts and policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below with regard to your personal data. However, these rights are not absolute and may apply only under certain circumstances, and in some cases we may refuse your request to the extent permitted by law.
- Right to access/know: You always have the right to access the data that we process (or have processed) and that relates to you or can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a copy of all the data to the email address known to us, together with an overview of the processors holding this data and an indication of the category under which we have stored this data. Article 15 GDPR
- Right to deletion: You may have the right to request that we delete the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction: You always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relates to you or can be traced back to you, amended. You can submit a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a confirmation to the email address known to us stating that the data has been amended. Article 16 GDPR
- Right to data portability: You always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) relating to you or that can be traced back to you processed by another party. You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send copies of all data concerning you that we have processed or that other processors or third parties have processed on our behalf to the email address we have on record. In such a case, we most likely will no longer be able to continue providing the services, because the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.Article 20 GDPR
- Right to opt out of the sale, sharing, or targeted advertising: You may have the right to ask us not to 'sell' or 'share' your personal data, or to opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes considered 'targeted advertising', as defined by applicable privacy laws. Please note that if you visit our Site while the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal is enabled, we will, depending on where you are located, automatically treat this as a request to opt out of the 'sale' or 'sharing' of information for the device and browser you use to visit the Site.
- Restriction of processing: You always have the right to restrict the data that we process (or have processed) relating to you or that can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send confirmation to the email address we have on record stating that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.Article 18 GDPR
- Withdrawal of consent: When we need your consent to process your personal data, you may have the right to withdraw that consent.
- Appeals: You may have the right to appeal our decision if we refuse to process your request. You can do so by responding directly to our rejection.
- Manage communication preferences: We may send you promotional emails, and you can unsubscribe from receiving them at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the emails we send you. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account or orders you have placed.
- Right to object and other rights: In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of naamwebwinkel. If you object, we will immediately stop processing the data pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will make available to you copies and/or duplicates of the data that we process or have processed and will then permanently stop the processing. You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. If you believe that we do, please contact our privacy contact person. Articles 21 and 22 GDPR
You can exercise any of these rights wherever indicated on our Site or by contacting us using the contact details below.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to collect information about you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account details, before providing a substantive response to the request. In accordance with applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an authorized agent, we require the agent to provide proof of authorization to act on your behalf, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to your request in a timely manner, as required under applicable law.
